As mentioned before, you need to build and maintain strong relationships with your clients.
This might mean good service and good communication during their matter, but it also extends to providing them with useful information from time to time so they remember you when next they need legal services.
It also means knowing your clients and their businesses better. How will you be able to serve them better without knowing their situation and needs?
Some points to ponder:
- Great communication
- Personal service
- Be open and transparent
- Deliver more than expected service
- Sharing relevant information
- Staying in contact even when not working a matter.
