lawmunicipalityNo subscription fees will be charged when using the LAW Municipal Services Solution to apply for 5 or less Rates Clearance Certificates per month. This concession applies to firms who only use the LAW Municipal Services Solution and are not subscribers to any other LAW solutions.

Benefits for applying online entails:
• Save money by paying a discounted application administration fee to the council
• Have a full view of your application and track the status thereof at all times
• Get quicker turnaround times for your figures and clearance certificates
• Print the Rates Clearance Figures at your office
• Print Rates Clearance Certificates from the LAW Municipal Services Solution, for municipalities that subscribed

By using the LAW Municipal Services Solution, you also obtain access to the Transfers Solution. This means you can use the Rates and Transfers solutions subscription free!
