GhostConvey launches InsureCentral

Bond applicants will now be offered home loan assurance via the GhostConvey system. Conveyancers will receive a referral fee of up to 2.7x the initial monthly instalment for the introduction. The role of the attorney is simply to establish whether the applicant would like to be contacted by a qualified consultant to discuss the details of an appropriate policy. The attorney will have no further involvement. Good to see a source of revenue for the conveyancers!
