1) Bates: Often I will Bates stamp a document that I need to remove immediately after I create it (typo or wrong starting number). When I select remove Bates numbering, I get an error message that it can't be found. I'll try to remove it using the H/F option, -- same error message.

2)Search & Redact: We often receive medical records via fax which includes the fax header and footer information on each page. The Search and Redact feature is cumbersome in this instance and I usually have to manually redact. On a 100 page document this take quite a bit of time. What is the easiest way to remove them?

3) My preferences for Page Display are Page Layout: Single Page, and Zoom: Fit Page. However, when I open a document the zoom is set to Fit Width. When I select all pages and change the zoom to Fit Page, it will change, but when I reopen the doc it's back to Fit Width. The document properties are also Fit Page.
