At Last - Electronic Link with City of Johannesburg’s Rates Clearance Department | Other | Product updates - Tech4Law

rcclawL@W has developed an online solution capable of linking Attorneys directly to the City of Johannesburg's Municipal Rates Department. With the use of this system attorneys are now able to electronically request their rates figures and will shortly also be able to download the Rates Clearance Certificate from the L@W website.

You are going to have to take this up with the municupality concerned. We merely did a story on how people can use the internet to get information from the municipality.

THE ACCOUNT NO IS 503732836 IS UNDER SC MDLETSHE AND HE PASSED AWAY SO THE HOUSE IS SOLD AND THE PROBLEM IS RATES CLEARANCE THEY SAY THE AMOUNT IS R170 000.00 WICH IS WAY TOO MUCH AND WHEN WE CHECK CLEARY WE NOTICE THAT MNGOMEZULE RATES WHERE NOT CLEARED SO IS ADDING IN OUR ACCOUNT CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS ISSUE AND ADVICE ME WHAT TO DO THANK YOU.
