Re-Opening of 90 Plein
Dear Staff
The office was decontaminated this afternoon as a result of the latest reported Covid-19 case. The risk assessment walkthrough is scheduled for 7:00am tomorrow (2 Feb 2021) morning.
Cape Town Deeds Office and SGO will therefore resume normal business operations as from 8:00am tomorrow. Staff will only be allowed to enter the building as from 8:00am or even prior 8:00am after completion of the risk assessment walkthrough.

Positive Case at 90 Plein as reported 31 Jan 2021
Good morning
1. One of our employees reported this morning that she tested positive for the Coronavirus; the official went for testing on 29 Jan 2021.
2. The result re the above is that certain workspaces, areas must be decontaminated.
3. Our office and the office of the SGO is therefore closed with immediate effect until further notice to ensure compliance with decontamination processes as per our Standard Operating Procedures.
