Notice to all conveyancing community
Council is prioritizing the allocation of all RCC’s that expired at DEEDS OFFICE (level 3 ) from 28/12/2020 until 28/02/2021, provided that an email for the allocation request is sent to Ntokozo Mbatha (NTOKOZO.Mbatha@durban.gov.za) by the attorney firm in the below format (preferably in Excel);
Example:

NB: You are requested to provide RCA reference numbers (which can be found on the application) and NOT electronic reference numbers.
Please note that all re-applications still need to be RE approved prior to council processing them and if there is a need, council will still request for investigations to be completed.
