SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS FOR DECEMBER 2025
Please take note of the following arrangements over the festive period (December 2025):
Conveyancers are encouraged to lodge deeds on or before 2nd December 2025 for deeds to be registered by 19th December 2025.
The Deeds Office will close at 10:00 for clients/public on the 24th and 31st of December 2025.
Deeds and documents on Prep and not registered by 23rd December 2025 will be allowed an extension until 8 January 2026. After this date, deeds will be rejected and delivered to the clients.
