- Please take note that the Limpopo Deeds Office will have a double executions on the 15th December 2025 due to the public holiday On 16th December 2025.
- On the 19th and 22nd December 2025 there will also be a double executions, because the Office will close at 10:00 ON THE 24th of December.
- Execution hours will be extended till after 11:00 and start earlier than usual at 9:00 On the double execution dates.
- No lodgements and registrations will be accepted on the 24th December 2025 as the office will be closed at 10:00.
- NB Please take note that the office will try and assist to register deeds lodged from the 1st December 2025 before the 24th Of December 2025, however conveyancers who intend register their deeds before 24th December must lodge their deeds early in December on or before the 10th December 2025.
Deeds lodged after 10thDecember 2025 may possibly only register in January 2026.
- The office will be working with skeleton staff with minimal services during the following business working days in December 2025 and resume with full staff compliment on the 5th January 2026.

System change request will enable deeds to remain on prep between the 22nd December 2025 until 12th January 2026, automatic Rejections will be suspended during this period.
