To provide for the application of the Act; the creation and administration of trusts; the jurisdiction of the Master; authorisation of trustees by the Master; disqualification to act as trustee; powers and duties of trustees; resignation and removal of trustees; variation and termination of trusts; compliance notices and administrative fines, offences and penalties; repeal the Trust Property Control Act, 1988 (Act No. 57 of 1988); and to provide for matters connected therewith.
