In terms of a meeting held between the Conveyancers and the Registrar of Deeds Pretoria, the following was decided.
- The deeds office will have their Year End function on the 13th and as a result we will have double registration on the 12th. There will be a minimal registration on the 13th.
- And on the 20th there will be a double registration.
- The 23rd will be a normal day at the deeds office.
- The 24th the deeds office will not be operational. No lodgements, etc.….
- And the deeds office will re-open on the 06th of January 2020.
- All the deeds/ documents on Prep from the 23rd will be held over until the 10th Jan.
