Please take note of the following arrangements over the festive season.
Conveyancers are encouraged to lodge deeds on or before the 2nd December 2025 for deeds to be registered by the 19th December 2025.
The deeds office will close at 10:00 on the 24th and 31st December 2025.
Deeds and documents on Prep not registered by 23rd December 2025 will be allowed an extension until the 8th January 2026, after this date, deeds will be rejected and delivered to the clients.
