As previously communicated regarding the relocation of the Registrar of Deeds: Western Cape at Cape Town Office to the new premises Foreshore Place, 2 Riebeek Street, Cape Town Central Business District.
We would like to inform you that the move is scheduled to take place over the weekend of 29th November 2024, outside regular operational hours to minimise any disruptions. Our services will resume as normal at the new location on Monday 2nd December 2024.
As our valued clients, recognising that this relocation may cause some inconvenience to you, we would appreciate your patience and support to ensure that the whole relocation process becomes a success. This move marks a significant step forward in enhancing our ability to serve you better
