To safeguard public trust and uphold ethical standards in the South African legal profession, the Legal Practitioners’ Fidelity Fund has made public a comprehensive list of lawyers who have been disbarred or convicted of misconduct between 2018 and 2025.
This document exposes cases of fraud, theft of trust funds, and other offenses that have resulted in legal practitioners being permanently removed from practice. These violations not only harm clients but also undermine the integrity of the entire justice system.
