Hands-ON AI session for beginners

We have been discussing AI and whether people use it at the office, what they use it for, and if they do use it, how do they keep it safe, etc.

In these discussions, we often get the question “But how do I get started?” and although we always point them to skills.google – we don’t really have a “hands-on” way to show them how AI works, and how to dip you toe into the water.

So, in this week’s Wednesday 25th February – 4pm slot, I am going to hold your hand, while you put your toe into the AI water. You on your PC and me on mine, one click at a time.

We will use Gemini to:

  1. Find a case that is relevant, get the summary
  2. Use Gemini to analyse a clause,
    • giving us a “plain language” summary of the clause
    • checking the risks
    • propose a revision of the said clause.

What you need for this week before we kick off at 4pm:

  • A registered free account with Google Gemini – gemini.google.com, ready for our chat.
  • Registered on our Fireside Chat Group.
  • Join the Zoom session at 4pm on Wednesday (we will send an invite on Wednesday morning).

Who should join?
Anybody who has asked the question, “How or where do I start with AI?”

Price?
Nothing, nada, zip!

What will you get?
You will be able to say, “I dipped my toe into the AI sea!” and will have a basis to continue the journey.
