The organisers encourage delegates to arrive at the Durban ICC on the afternoon of Thursday 5th September. Delegates will be able to check into their hotels, register for the conference, familiarise themselves with the venue layout, and then attend the Opening Cocktail party on the Thursday evening. This will save on a rushed start on the Friday as well as the inconvenience of carrying luggage around at the Conference venue before hotel check-in.
