That’s right, folks. The official shutdown notice has been posted, the lights are dimmed, and AJS – your friendly neighbourhood legal tech provider – is preparing for what we affectionately call “The Great Hibernation.”
From midday on the 24th of December, our offices will enter a state of peaceful hibernation. Fear not, we reopen bright and early on the 5th of January 2026. During this time, we will be officially out of office, off the grid, and likely several kg’s heavier. But when we return, we will be refreshed and ready to revolutionise your practice management software – it’s what we do!
If you email us during this period, you will receive a response when the sun rises again on the 5th of January. Please do not panic. The world is not ending. Our legal tech experts are simply engaged in crucial R&D involving mince pies and questionable Netflix choices.

May your days be merry and bright, your presents be thoughtfully chosen, and your holiday sweaters be just the right amount of ugly. We love to hate those festive rompers.
Please stay safe! This isn’t a drill. Watch out for rogue inflatable lawn decorations, avoid competitive carolling, and perhaps don’t try to deep-fry a turkey indoors. The emergency services work hard enough already.
And please relax to the max! The only thing you need to worry about is whether that second helping of pudding is a good idea (believe us, it is).
For the Travelers – if you are hitting the road, we wish you safe travels. Please remember that speed limits apply even if you are trying to beat Santa to your destination.
For the Homebodies – if you’re staying put, have fun! Enjoy the simple pleasures of the season—pyjamas until noon, leftover turkey sandwiches, absolutely zero billable hours and Netflix all day.
