LPC administrator charged with fraud for altering examination marks

A former Legal Practice Council (LPC) administrator appeared in the Pretoria Magistrates’ Court, on fraud charges, after she allegedly altered examination marks for candidate attorneys.

Zuziwe Mahlulo, 36, from Centurion, was released on R1,500 bail.

National Prosecuting Authority regional spokesperson Lumka Mahanjana said that between April and May 2024, Mahlulo allegedly amended board examination marks on the LPC examination system for candidate attorneys who had written the examinations.
