Korbitec has released two new search types in its Windeed software. The first is the Contact Information search which allows users to look for an individual person’s physical address as well as work and home telephone numbers. In order to perform the search, the user will need to enter the person’s first and last names and the ID number.
The second search, which has been available for some time now is the Spider search, which allows users to obtain a property ownership profile on a person or on a company. Spider Search automatically covers all ten Deeds Offices in South Africa, so the user doesn’t need to search each of the ten deeds registries to get a complete ownership profile. The report lists all properties that are currently owned by the person or company the user is searching on, and listings are kept up to date daily. The report also provides users with a comprehensive historical record of property ownership.
