Minister of Land Reform and Rural Development, under section 1(1)(a)(iii) of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937 (Act No. 47 of 1937), hereby: –
- (a) withdraw with effect from the date of publication hereof, any notice published or deemed to be published under section 1(1)(a)(iii) of the said Act in respect of the existing names of the deeds registries listed in Schedule 1 hereto;
- (b) simultaneously renaming the deeds registries as set out in Schedule 2 hereto.
