  1. Dear Colleagues

Please be informed that we received confirmation from the Polokwane Deeds Office that the PSSC has only put the Tender Advert calling for Service Provider yesterday and same is closing today at noon.

Decontamination will only be done late this afternoon , 12/01/2021 or Wednesday 13/01/2021, and will then have to wait for 24 hours after decontamination for the chemicals to clear before the Deeds Office will open.

We will be informed by the Registrar when decontamination take place and when the Deeds Office will re-open.

    Dear Colleagues

The following feedback was just received from Polokwane Deeds Office.

Please note that the decontamination process has been done and the last office was finished at 12H30pm, unfortunately before occupying the office the OHS will have to do the assessment after the 24hours period, OHS has agreed to have the assessment done tomorrow at 13H00pm to determine if the office will be ready for occupation and if there smell of the chemicals has been completely out.

Colleagues we are more likely to open the office on Friday 15 January 2021 after the assessment has been completed however If there is anything to the contrary you will be notified accordingly.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused this is beyond our control and this latest confirmed Covid case changed the scope and unfortunately we were forced to have the whole building disinfected accordingly.

    Kind Regards
    Allen West
