We have all had clients with “only client syndrome”(OCS); some of us have had a few of these at any one time and have a few premature grey hairs as a result. It is all too easy however to label these clients as “high maintenance” and dismiss their demands as unreasonable. Beware! By labelling their demands as unreasonable you miss a valuable opportunity to better understand how your clients tick.
