Purpose of the Course:
Learning to best use project management tools and techniques, enabling legal practitioners and their support staff to better plan, budget, schedule and allocate resources to progress legal work. This includes identifying and managing risks, managing process issues effectively as they arise, and dealing with scope changes that often leads to increase in fees, profit and efficiency.
Course outline and methodology:
Our Course is founded on the 4 step IILPM framework model and spans over 15 modules of online learning material. We also include IILPM approved templates and a workbook as resources for our online learning material. In addition, we offer live interactive weekly facilitation sessions for five weeks (one hour per week) during which we unpack the practical implementation of LPM through a range of case studies. Each attendee received their own Extended DISC Assessment to enable them to better develop and grow as an individual.
Attendees’ competencies are assessed using 4 case study assessments, a competency test, group feedback on the Extended DISC Assessment results and one-on-one mentoring sessions as may be required*
How to join?
We host at least 4 cohorts each year. Our cohorts are open to the general public and therefore consists of a combination of in-house counsel, candidate legal practitioners and practicing legal practitioners and their support staff.

LPM 101 Attendees -– R8500.00 per person excluding IILPM accreditation fee
Monthly payment plans can be arranged.
Accreditation
Successful completion of the assessments will qualify you for the Legal Project Associate (LPA) and potentially the Legal Project Practitioner (LPP) certification from the IILPM.
LPA Certification: Graduates who have full attendance, completion of the material and submit acceptable case study assessments automatically qualify for Legal Project Practitioner (LPP) Accreditation with IILPM.
