February 2012 marked a new chapter in the evolution of the conveyancing industry with the introduction of Stordoc – the first-of-its-kind secure electronic FICA & document management solution.
Stordoc is a complete workflow system that integrates easily with all major enterprise content management systems. It is designed to review and approve/ reject electronic documents, and simultaneously enforce all eFICA and document rules for every type of juristic entity.
Recently, the offering achieved another milestone after the 1-millionth document was uploaded at the Tygervalley branch of Symington and De Kock Attorneys by Hesna Gerber, and initialised by Gwendolyn Johnstone at their Bloemfontein branch. The same document was then validated by Mohlao Zowie Sedulanoshi and audited by Evelyn Maluleke at Absa.

LAW Compliance visited these businesses and handed over mini iPads to the Absa users of the solution and a high speed Canon scanner to the Tygervalley branch of Symington and De Kock Attorneys.
