The application by Proxi Smart Services for leave to appeal against a judgement of the High Court, holding that it would not be allowed to provide quasi-legal conveyancing services, has been dismissed by the Constitutional Court.
From the judgement available it appears that Proxi Smart may well be entitled to remedy its application and to try again.
