Redbrick Solutions have produced this infographic to show a year on year comparison in conveyancing statistics. It is interesting to note that over the last 7 years 1862 conveyancing firms have left the market or merged with others and that 70% of the work is now shared by the 1000 big conveyancing firms, up from 57% in 2007 – that leaves only 30% for the rest to fight over. But they say that volumes are up with a 10 year high!
