LAW last week released a new version of their Transfer Solution. This update saw the addition of many new features, along with a fresh, simplified top down look and feel. There are now two additional transaction types available for selection:
• ‘Opening of Sectional Title Register’ for Developments
• ‘Subsequent Transfer from the Developer’ for Private Treaty
Another exciting feature is the integration with Inview, a property sales management solution for Estate Agents (www.howzitt.com). This web based application allows your agent to send new deals directly to your Transfer Solution. More importantly it allows you to send automated status updates to your agents so you don’t waste time drawing up reports or calling them with updates.
The audit trail has been enhanced to audit every change made in the financial accounts of a matter ensuring no user can edit the accounts without it being logged. A new and enhanced setup interface has also been released. You can manage Company details and Correspondent details that are imported into your matters. And lastly, you are able to set user preferences on the setup tab. We will also be adding new preferences in future releases.
