Just about every law firm in South Africa has a subscription to the online legal publications whether it be Sabinet, LexisNexis, Juta, van Zyl & Rudd to mention a few, on which they do research for their cases. Our survey this month (3rd item in the left column on the home page) is to ask the paralegal whether the partner asks them to print out the online system generated PDF file, they print the PDF file themselves or does the partner ask the paralegal to find and make a copy of the “original” Gazette record? We are trying to see whether the market trusts the online PDF copies, or whether they continue to call for a copy of the Gazette. We appreciate your two clicks.
