On May 12, 2023, the Rules Board for Courts of Law officially announced significant changes to fee tariffs and forms that will impact the Magistrates Court, High Court, and Supreme Court of Appeal.
Party-and-party fee tariffs for all three Courts will be increased between 8% and 9%.

These updates will come into effect on June 19, 2023, when the revised fee tariffs and forms will be applicable in the respective Courts.
