Thank you for your prompt response to our trailing emails. We confirm your advises that:
1. The Deeds Office Pretoria will not be open for the public or conveyancers on the 13th of May;
2. The management of Pretoria Deeds Office will meet on Wednesday to discuss the preparation of protocols and safety measures;
3. The management of Pretoria Deeds Office will arrange a meeting with the Property Committee to discuss the protocols and safety measures, probably on Monday the 18th of May;
4. We have been requested to advise our members not to attend the Deeds Office on Wednesday the 13th and further instructions and communications will follow in due course.
Please advise us if we can be of any assistance to you and your staff or inputs required from us. We will publish the aforesaid information on the various websites to avoid confusion and unrealistic expectations.
