TheKnowList Best Value Award recognises a solution that presents genuine all-round value to customers in terms of efficiency, cost savings, reputation or client service. Mimecast was selected based on the flexibility, business continuity and support it provides to customers.
Testimonials demonstrated that the productivity and efficiency gained through Mimecast¹s unified email management minimised time spent dealing with email issues, saving substantial costs in the long term.
The Service Excellence Award acknowledges vendors for putting the client first. It recognises professionalism, knowledge and respect as essential components of excellent service. Mimecast¹s customer-focused culture and values were identified as the key factors that made the organisation stand out from the rest. It was also recognised for investing heavily in developing and maintaining close customer relationships to keep them at the centre of its business.
