Sabinet, a leader in online legal information, announced that G-Connect Wi-Fi will, by mutual agreement, be on hand in the Johannesburg Labour Court. The service, sponsored by Sabinet, has already been installed in the first court; The Johannesburg Labour Court, with the remaining courts to follow soon.
The G-Connect Wi-Fi service will be available in most sections of the labour court, including the judges’ chambers, court rooms, library and pro bono office.
Sabinet is offering this service through South African Wi-Fi communications specialist, WirelessG. WirelessG is a market leader in the South African Wi-Fi industry, who will expand its Wi-Fi ecosystem providing broadband Internet access from the “courts to the skies.” Rosalind Hattingh, Sabinet’s Managing Director, says the company is proud to sponsor the wireless access. “It will help those involved in the labour courts to effectively make use of information such as that contained in Sabinet’s range of online legal products. We strongly believe that fast and efficient connectivity to updated online information, has become essential for members of the law fraternity to carry out their daily duties.”

The SASLAW administrator uses emails and the internet, and SASLAW will benefit from not having to spend funds on a 3G card.”
