L@W are pleased to announce that L@W Transfers now includes ALL Section 45 Endorsement options i.e. section 45(1), 45bis(1)(a) & (b) and 45bis(1A)(a) & (b). Endorsements retain full application functionality including deeds searches and data imports, rates integration with municipal councils, accounting, correspondence and workflow.
L@W Transfers is web based and can be accessed from any location with no installation or updating of desktop software. All data, document storage and back ups are automatically taken care off.
