The solution is completely separate to the Bond Portal/Centre’s, being offered as an alternative to the current vendor bond solutions on the market.
It will be launched in May and any conveyancer or secretary can request to use the launch version of the product.
The solution will be offered as a FREE launch version during the months of May and June to all users, to try the product. Thereafter users will only be billed for using the solution on a transaction basis.
The product itself is designed for simplicity. As a modern, web-based product it will provide an effortless work flow solution to guide any conveyancing practice in the ever-changing environment of mortgage bond registrations.
The application will also benefit any size law firm to prioritise their bond work with an at-a-glance overview, plus status on tasks to stay one step ahead in meeting the demands of both clients and the bank.
The solution has numerous key features, including a very easy-to-use interface with minimal training requirements.
The benefits include the fact that the product is fully web-based and has no software or update installations. There is no expensive support, maintenance or backups. The solution is also linked to both the Absa Bond Centre and Standard Bank Bond Portal, thereby avoiding the recapture of attorney data.
