In a competitive market, law firms require robust legal software to streamline their marketing and client intake processes. Email campaigns to nurture and follow-up with prospects are a necessity. However, when running a busy practice, writing compelling marketing copy from scratch can’t (and shouldn’t) be a firm’s top priority.

Although many legal professionals have strong opinions regarding the use of legal AI tools, a recent survey of lawyers found a large majority (82 percent) believe that generative AI can be readily applied to legal work, while 51 percent said that generative AI should be applied to legal work.
